01
Acupuncture
This treatment involves the use of very fine needles that are inserted in the body at specific points. This process is believed to adjust and alter the body’s fascial alignment and nervous system into healthier patterns, and is used to treat a wide variety of illnesses and health conditions. For adults and children that wish to avoid needles, our office can provide manual acupressure for their treatment!
03
Cupping
A technique in which cups are applied to an individual’s bare skin to treat local musculoskeletal dysfunction or blood stagnation. The oxygen in the cup is eliminated so that a vacuum is created; this holds the cup to the skin and encourages the flow of blood to the area. The vacuum also allows the release of toxins through the skin. Particularly useful for localized pain, asthma, and other lung conditions. Some bruising is common and indicates that toxins have been pulled out of the area.
05
Infrared Therapy
Infrared light is known to help cells regenerate or repair themselves by improving circulation of oxygen-rich blood in the body. An infrared lamp is applied to local regions of the body that can aid in pain relief, relaxation, improved circulation, detoxification, faster recovery times, less inflammation, and assist in boosting the immune system.
This service is included with all acupuncture and cupping appointments.
02
Orthopedic Acupuncture
Using simplified and precise orthopedic testing, we identify which muscle(s) may not be functioning properly and contribute to acute or chronic pain. These muscles are then stimulated using a newer technique called motor point acupuncture, which restores proper function to the entire region of the body. This treatment has been shown to be effective for a variety of conditions, including chronic pain and sports injuries. We also offer dry needling, or trigger point release, for relief from tight muscles.
04
Ear Seeds
The ear is considered to be a microsystem - which means that it can treat the entire body! This therapy uses the application of small seeds or pellets to the external portion of the ear that corresponds to the area of complaint. Typically 3-5 seeds are taped to each ear during treatment, allowing the patient to keep them applied for several days. We recommend patients massage the seeds multiple times per day for maximum effectiveness.

Qi Gong & Yoga Fusion
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, deliberate movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or "Qi". It is often seen as a form of mind-body exercise that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By engaging in Qi Gong exercises regularly, participants can improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance circulation, and boost overall energy levels. Additionally, we incorporate traditional yoga exercise practices to create a fusion workout.
